Appointments
Appointments can be made in advance online, at the Reception desk or by telephoning 01256 881228.
Changes to the On-Line Prescription Service
Please note that the 'opening screen' of the on-line prescription and appointments system has changed and that you are now required to enter 263 in the first Practice ID Field.
For Skin conditons/mole checks please book with Dr Prior
For Sports injuries/Musculo-skeletal conditions please book with Dr Fisher
On the day appointments
All patients who feel that their problem is urgent should ring the surgery at 8.45am. They will be offered an appointment that morning with a doctor or Practice Nurse.
Telephone consultations
These are available with all the doctors. Please book them at the Reception desk or or by telephoning 01256 881228. A Doctor will call you as close to this time as possible
Post-Natal examinations:
These need a double appointment. Please ring reception who will arrange an appointment with your doctor.This includes the mothers Post-Natal examnination, your baby's developmental check and your Baby's first immunisations.
Medical Examinations
These can be arranged for various times during the week and will require a half an hour appointment. Please note the a fee will be charged for this examination.
