On-Line Prescription Requests
Changes to the On-Line Prescription Service
Please note that the 'opening screen' of the on-line prescription and appointments system has changed.
If you have opened an online account already 
click here. And enter your user id and password.
Repeat Prescriptions/Medicines can be ordered via the Internet. This on-line service, called EMIS Access, enables you to bring up a list of your repeat medications on screen and to submit a direct on-line request to the Practice for medicines. Please allow 3 days for your order to be processed, your medicines to be ordered, checked and bagged for collection.
This service allows you to track and monitor your request as it is processed. This service is easy to use. Please note the R sign does not indicate '' Ready for collection'' just that we have received it.
Steps on How to Open an Online Account
Step (1) - Obtain Security Details
Ask a member of the Reception Staff or email reception via contacts page for your Online Security Details when you next visit the surgery. You will be given a letter that contains this and additional instructions on how to Register On-line.
This will contain the following information:
- PIN Number
- Practice Number Access ID
- NHS Number
This information is specific to you and must be kept in a safe place.
Step (2) - Register On-Line and Open an Account
- Open this website and click here to access open EMIS Access
- Register your security details & follow the prompts.
