EmailGP Training
The Practice is approved for training of Doctors in General Practice prior to taking on a general practice in their own right and Dr Kenshole is the training supervisor.
As a training practice we welcome qualified doctors who are at various stages of their training to be based with us in general practice for periods between 4 months and 1 year. Some of these doctors will be heading towards a career in hospital specialities and others to become GP's.
Whilst they are with us, they will be closely supervised by Drs Kenshole,Fisher, Prior and Ward.
Dr Susana Rodriguez ( ST3 ) started in August 2010 for 12 months
GP Registrars
Dr. Kenshole attends the Wessex Trainer's Workshops (once a month during term time).

F2 Doctors
Dr. Kenshole accepts F2 Doctors. These junior doctors are allocated to Clift Surgery for four months as part of a rotation within the Wessex Deanary

Medical Students
We are often joined by medical students from Southampton Medical School. They will be in their final three years of their medical study.
Health Care Assistants
The Phlebotomists received training at North Hampshire Hospital.
